The Monitoring Suite offers component driven solutions to monitor maintain and report on building management systems. Plant state, controller operations and Site conditions, local energy usage etc can be visualised using secured tailored web pages.

 
  Functional overview      
 

The Solution comprises of complementary components to monitor, maintain and report on building management installations.

Energy Collation : Meters and Devices connected to MBus Networks can be read automatically and the data transferred to the Monitoring Suite. Operation can be configured for reading continuously, per minute, per hour, per day or per month.

Remote Connections with Customer sites can be monitored for operating conditions, fault situations and maintenance or modification of systems. The systems can be connected to remotely or locally. Connectivity is available for just some of the following: Siemens RVL, Siemens RVD, Siemens PX-WEB, Siemens NetRS, TREND IQ-WEB.

BACnet Client and Server : The Solution also allows data to be presented on BACnet as standard BACnet Objects locally. This gives the added flexibility for connectivity across internet and intranet networks.


Customer Call Centre : The Solution allows logging and realtime analysis of site conditions by offering a web interfaced call centre. This allows the user to create and manage site specific ‘work tags’.


Web Interface for Customers : Plant state, controller operations and Site conditions, local energy usage etc can be visualised using secured tailored web pages.


Reporting and Trending : Reports and Trending can be simply configured to allow the operator to monitor and summarise the plant operations.
